Prelim Evaluation

Who did you work with and ow did you manage the task between you?  In my group was Jordan Carter and Amara and myself. We split the tasks evenly with Jordan  and Amara doing the acting and editing. I did the camera work and the paperwork behind the scenes.        How did you plan your sequence? What processes did you use? What theories could you apply to the video you chose? What technology did you use to complete the task, and how did you use it? What factors did you have to take into account wen planning, shooting and editing? No Rest By Dry the river

In this task we had to listen to No Rest and think what music video we would do for it. We then saw the lyrics and discussed how the we would make a video after seeing the video. We then saw the video and looked at what video they created.  We then as a class discussed what we would have done for the video. My idea for the song. My idea is that it is set outdoors. It has a camera tracking shot of the singer walking. Then in the slower parts there are walking in an empty black and white concert. Then during the more upbeat parts of the song it is in black and them performing to a crowd. Other groups ideas. One group had the video in a forest using a birds eye view. It started the group performing thoughout the video with rain at the end. Another group has the setting slowly reveled their set of the Northern lights. Their than pan around to see the band. Production Diary

Production Diary 26/06/17 Put into our group Jordan Carter, Amara Blake and Charlotte Revell and chose our song which is Troublemaker by Olly Murs. 27/06/17 We chose to do the first 40 seconds. Amara did the screen grabs of the shots we needed to do. Jordan started to learn the words was learning how to create a split screen on premier. Charlotte started to write the production diary and downloaded the video of Troublemaker. 28/06/17 Today Amara and Charlotte went to do possible location shots. Jordan found our menus and went to help another group. Amara then looked at are locations and the shots used in the troublemaker video. Charlotte wrote the shooting schedule.   29/06/17 Today we filmed our shots in the street and in the library. 30/06/17 Today we finished filming the remaining shots, we did this in the diner.
